- Farmers drafted every answer in Excel because the old questionnaire had no autosave, and every flagged outlier turned into a manual loop of PDFs, emails and resubmissions.

- Senior Product Designer. Led discovery, data model design and prototyping end to end.

- Lead designer working with product, engineering and five programme partners
- Two key decisions
- Kept impact data in a separate but linked module instead of folding it into the existing packaging-compliance model.
- Built a working rules engine prototype rather than static mocks, so the 108 crop combinations could be tested for real.
- The outcome
- A validated prototype scoped for the January 2027 pilot: at least 200 farms and four buyers live.
